Job Description
The ideal Bar Back is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Responsibilities include:

Emptying trash cans.

Collecting dirty glasses.
-
Wiping down the bar counter.
-
Fetching clean towels.
-
Stocking ice for all the wells.
-
Bringing out clean glassware.
-
Cutting fruit and garnishes for drinks.

Stocking juice, liquor, beer, and wine.

Changing out kegs.

Assting Bartender as needed.
Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years old

High School diploma or GED
-
Customer service focused and solution oriented

Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Ability to lift and carry heavy object while standing, bending, stooping and walking
